DPS is committed to enhancing educational success for our district through a comprehensive strategic planning and master facility plan. Beginning in October 2024, work to craft a road map that addresses the needs and aspirations of the Decatur school community will take place.

Apply to a Magnet Program

The District is accepting applications online for students interested in enrolling in a magnet program for the 2025-26 school year through January 31. Again, this year, the magnet application process will be done completely online using an online application and lottery system, called SchoolMint.
