    Reminder: Completion of Fingerprinting & Background Screening and the Employment History Review is required prior to official hire and new hire paperwork. Please visit our homepage to review these requirements. In addition to these requirements, the tasks below need to be completed. 

    New Hire Paperwork

    DPS Human Resources will email you information to complete your new hire paperwork online. The online portal we use is called TalentEd. Below is a list of all the documents you will be required to complete. All new hire paperwork must be completed before your first day of employment.

    Public School Works Training

    New hires are required to complete a series of online training sessions. These trainings will be sent to you via email by the Director of Human Resources after your start date. Completion deadlines are located in the training platform itself and given when assigned.
